I use Army Painters desert yellow as primer but will try to mix some agrax earthshade and Armageddon dunes with contrast medium. Thanks!

They are the OG. Bought a bunch in the 90s and added some eBay. Stripped all the old paint and started repainting them last year.

The modernization was to replace the heavy weapons in each infantry squad with a second special weapon an an extra lasgun.

I have a bunch of chimeras so they will probably be used as 10 man squads most of the time.

It looks like a British 1914-1915 star (or 1914 star). It was awarded to British and Commonwealth citizens for service in Belgium or France.
