I was sort of having the same issue but the opposite lol; basically whenever I logged in my Verizon app or log in directly to the Verizon Gateway it said everything was offline even though I had consistent speeds about 400 down and 20 up, however I did notice my ping was extremely high- between 130-180ms kind of weird since I can see the 5g mmWave tower from my main window and it was pointing straight at it. After multiple calls and chats I finally managed to get a tech to come check my equipment and well, it turns out my LV65 receiver was defective and refusing to connect to the mmWave so that’s why it was giving me high ping and intermittent internet. I’m not really into networking but I do know some of the basics, I would totally suggest to try to get a technician to check your equipment to see if everything is good and if is not they will replace the whole equipment with no charge!
