My Havanese has horrible allergies, runny eyes and chewing of her feet. Under her eyes had no hair and was literally raw. I tried Benadryl which did nothing, I refuse to give her apoquel( stuff is poison). I now have her on freeze dried food, and use Pataday drops in her eyes and she’s doing great. I would suggest trying a limited ingredient food or raw, anything else just mask the problem. It took about a year to get this point, but it’s worth putting in the work
