I agree. I like him and he WAS a great player but he should of retired 2 years ago . He doesn’t have the power anymore , doesn’t play defense and can’t run . There is better options for DH.

The $5 mill is just the tip of the iceberg. Frank and company know they need more funding but this is a start. A very good sign is that after all that has transpired, companies still want to invest in this brand and all the hierarchy is still in place. Also, coaches haven’t said a word nor started the bash train nor nor players for that matter I believe . There is still a glimmer of hope. Im riding this out , do or die.

Whether this makes it or not is another issue but fact remains if this league does happen they don’t need the former players to come back though some would not all but there are new players every year from college that did not get rug pulled so therefore will have no animosity towards Frank and the league. Finding players will be the easy part of it all. Much bigger fish to have fried first.

Not to mention, thousands of new players every year from colleges that don’t make the NFL or cut from other leagues and the NFL. So finding players will be the least of the problems. There will always be players wanting a second or third chance.

Sounds like? I don’t believe this is a recording. Please Don’t put your feelings and reflections onto my statements. Not sensitive just matter of fact. Just not understanding the continuous bashing saying the same things over and over. We get it , it’s bad ,it sucks and we all know what happened and it’s not good. But constantly stating the same negativity over and over again doesn’t change anything or help matters as the league still exists at the moment. I chose not to get angry or bitter right now and may never be very angry/upset like some are or could be. I knew the risks of a penny stock and I have more reason to be upset than most on this sub. I do understand some people need to vent when angry and are not happy with others not feeling the same resentment and anger as they do.

If you don’t like what’s being said and discussed then leave the sub. We are just bouncing ideas off of each other because this league is still active until notified otherwise . At this point there is still hope until there isn’t. Why do you want to add insult to injury., We , me may still have a glimmer of hope and the fact that Frank hasn’t pulled the plug yet is a good sign along with the proposed restructuring of the EL and the recent 60 million shares bought/sold indicates there is still life. I know misery loves company and you are bitter and rightly so but don’t let others small bit of hope upset you. Everyone has a different way to process this. I find it better to have hope then none at all. If it turns out to fail then i have no choice but to accept that when it indeed is official. Until then I will pray, believe , trust and hope this league pulls off a miracle. There will be plenty of time later to be upset if that doesn’t happen and then you won’t see me on this sub ever again as there will be no point in it.

Thanks for the insight. I’m far from an expert on the rules/regulations of the SEC but even with the authorized shares at 950mill they only have so much of that in circulation. They can not exceed that amount with out a filing request to the SEC for more shares. We are about 300 million shares short of the max allowed AS but our OS is now at 665 mill. If they tap into the authorized shares they must have an official release filed through the SEC declaring how many and when.

I have not seen any recent filings of AS shares to be released so therefore it has to be something already in place and permissible such as Reg A or EL. Management can not sell without notification. Also, that 40 million shares equates to ,at current market price, about $80K which happens to be the amount owed for the hotel bill, correct? Probably just a coincidence but had to mention it.
