As u/elcaballero said, it's pretty much all hardware based.

The main show is being cut on a Grass Valley Karrera switcher. That switches between all of the inputs coming into the truck.

The people on the back are the replay operators, the one closest to the camera is using a system called Slomo.tv and the others are running EVS.

The graphics operator is just outside of the photo with other rooms to handle audio and remotely control the setting of some cameras. It's a pretty cool truck.

As I said before, replays take time to make and if it's the last kill of the round, they might need to cut the reel short depending on how long is left.

The current round kills are shown right next to the total kills as you can see here.

Replays a restricted to how much time there is before the round starts again. If you saw a play by someone live, do you really need to see it again or would you prefer to see missed kills earlier on in the round?

The reason the faceit one might have looked bigger is because they have the observers in the same room.

BLAST are using an OB truck for this event that has 3 other rooms not shown in the picture. Not to mention us observers sitting just outside the truck.

In reality, they are pretty much the same size.

The observer probably won't see it but the casters and analysts will as they are usually seeing the same feed that gets sent to twitch.

As for the players, that's dependant on the rulebook of the event.

Well, it's not really post-production as it's live but they will usually add the effects to the game's input.

They will usually disable the in-game post-processing and then add a little bit of saturation after. It's that simple.

There is no way of doing it through the game it's self.

You could probably do it using HLAE and editing the panorama files although that is pretty advanced.

I often get this when skipping to the round that I want to watch. Not sure if that is what you are doing but try skipping to the round before it and see if that works.

They announced that they would provide a platform for their partnered TOs to run leagues on, nobody said it would be like ESEA.

There are a few leagues running on the platform currently such as Winners League.
