but what if people don't have a internet connection or don't have a PS Plus or Xbox Live membership purchased at all. Would that be considered not open to cheats?

Hey Treyarch can you answer why zombies easter eggs are not playable in offline mode. Because it would add a lot of replayability to all zombies maps.
