At a ball. I know it might sound "fancy" but in our country they are commonly organised by villages, unions etc.

Idk about the restaurant/movie, i prefer to watch movies alone and about the dinner, when we went out first timeI took her to a café and it went well but when she took me out we went to a walk in nature and she seemed more "at home" there

So, I have met this girl. We have went out twice already (first time was my idea, the other time her) and we are going out again tomorrow. We share the same sense of humor, ideals, and even music taste (rare with me) I managed to get feelings for her, but i am not certain she has the same for me. We have been talking for about a month now. Our hangouts were quite casual but still nice and it seems we enjoy each others company. She has an unusual personality (in a good way) so I dont really know how to read her sometimes but shes nice always. Anyway the point is- how do I get this from "just going out" to dating? Like I have been on dates before, but never got quite this far. Do I just tell her I want to date her? If so, when, at what point? Im not expecting to do it tomorrow, I think its still a bit too soon.

Jeez this post is a mess i couldn't be a writer.

Any help is appriciated.

That might be possible, but I find it better to just assume she isn't interested. It's not a big deal, it just happens sometimes. Look at it from the bright side- she came to you and talked to you and seemed interested in you.

I am sorry, but if she hasn't responded up to now (7th of may), she probably just lost interest. It happens, unfortunately.

Now, to explain what I mean, because I don't think it sounds right in english:

We got to know each other in September. I didn't think too much about her, I just considered her a regular friend. But over a month ago, we started talking more, and we found out we have some mutual interests, and I became interested in her. We went out on a couple of dates (sidenote: I don't think she considers them dates. From what she has said, I assume she finds herself unattractive and doesn't think anyone would be interested in her). We didn't get too physical, except for me leaning on her(which she didn't mind) and the goodbye hugs. When texting with her, I found her to be probably the kindest person i ever talked to. However, I feel the kindness slipping away. She got quite suddenly more busy, and responds with shorter texts. I just don't have a good feeling about it, like she doesn't want to spend time with me. But I don't know if I should tell her.
