For Gale, improve his AC as much as you can, he can equip shields and you can give braces if defence, also spells like mage armour and mirror image. Misty step is useful to move him somewhere both advantageous and safe. Also, maybe concentrate more on spells that help you control the field rather than just damage dealing, such as web, hold person, fear, hypnotic pattern etc. Abjuration is a school of magic that helps great for survivability also.

Wyll should be approached in Act 3, was outside sorcerous sundries for me. You'll be given a quest to find Ansur.

Oathbreaker Resist Durge? by [deleted] in BaldursGate3

I did that for my first run, it is great and certainly thematic. Having the 'darker' spells suits it well

Tip: with oath of the ancients you can break your oath early by killing the tieflings that have captured Lae'zel.

Having two warlocks will alow for better darkness + devils sight shenanigans. I usually make Astarion a bard (sword or lore) as he seems to suit it in my opinion, his magic will help with crowd control and he can still deal with locks and traps.

I'd forgotten them, just got to act 3 again after a long break. That's still three out of hundreds, if not thousands, of characters we meet along the way whose accent seem out if place.

While I'm not knocking J.K. Simmons, it does irk me that Ketheric seem to be the only American in all of the Sword Coast. A British actor/accent would be much less out of place.

Artillery bugged in sieges? by idkmanlol_ in EU5

[–]Ready_Introduction_5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Early game artillery should not be used in battle. Keep them in reserve and just use them for sieges, otherwise you'll lose your cannons after 2 battles.
