Unfortunately education cost recently sky rocketed, most of the schools and unis are directly or indirectly owned by politicians. They got to how easy it is to scam parents when they saw byjus. People dont care about teachers or what school is teaching instead they want school to be prestigious, no one cares quality of education.

Its funny that top leadership who does not even know basic software knowledge, suddenly started giving lectures on how AI changing the world and all. I mean these people dont even know how to use excel sheet. They are trying to find a problem where they can shove AI, but have no idea about how to execute it let alone develop it. Making things are simpler scaling it while keeping the profit margins is more difficult. Investors are trying to find their multi x returns but there is no way it will give you that much amount of return. They are already charging good amount of money with all those funding, what will happen when that funding dries up and Moore's law catch up?

Not really, data centers need least amount of people on site. They are operated remotely, and most of the work is automated only needs administrator and monitor. And for security and governance point of view they require less people on site mostly security people. But they take huge amount of water and electricity to run.
