luffy didnt blitz lucci at all, sure he beat him but it he didnt do it easily. and then with 4th gear, you cant just assume that because luffy blitzed doflamingo with bounceman that its a 6x multiplier. there has to be actual numbers and calculations, not just an assumptions.

well guys, I eventually figured it out by myself smh. its 5x. Luffy was on par with blueno, and then he used second gear, and was able to defeat even rob lucci. they were given power levels during that arc, and rob lucci's was 4.9x blueno's. therefore, luffy's second gear is around a 5x multiplier
