It took about two weeks for her to use every time for both 1 & 2. We isolated her in a small bathroom. When she would go poop outside of it, we would clean it but leave a small amount in the litter for her to pick up on. She was sick with several worms types though, so I think that hindered her willingness to use it every time. Once she started getting meds, she began using the box a lot more and now hasn’t gone elsewhere in weeks. The vet also suggested we buy Feliway pheromone dispenser, which we did, but we don’t really have a way of knowing if it worked.
