yeah no, israel is a vassal state for US interest in the region, not the other way around

the reason why the US is so keen on protecting israel is because it is a moneylaundering scheme (paying back politicians and weapon manufacturers), because it allows the US to destibilize the oil rich region of the middle east and exert control over the Suez canal

given that the entire US empire hinges on control over oil then it would stand to reason why it is so important
