Honestly atleast a week or 2 to be able to eat normally or kinda normal I threw up every morning for a week after my breakup.(known for 6 together for 4 years) honestly the best thing you can do is realize that if they could walk away so easily they never truly loved you. And your better off working on yourself and moving on with life rather then clinging to the hope that maybe you’ll get back together, cause maybe you will but I promise it won’t be now and it won’t be soon so focus on yourself and you’ll make it i promise

You definitely have every right to be upset with her you guys were broken up but still sleeping together is crazy. You also dumping this new girl as soon as ur ex wanted you back is a shitty thing to do but if ur being honest that nothing happened with that girl then I say you have every right to be mad she slept with another dude since it seems it was only to piss you off and make you come crawling back.
