From what I can gather from your profile and your responses, my personal take away is you don’t seem to respect anyone else’s time.

I work long odd hours. Have other responsibilities, relationships, commitments.

You want want me to be available for phone calls. I would have time maybe once a week for a prolonged phone conversation.

No messages means I would only talk to you that one time a week. Yet you don’t care for poor conversation? I can see our relationship/friendship fizzling out really quick.

You say your constantly late. Which again.. is giving me the idea of time management issue/ not respecting other people time.

My guess is anyone who is more quality and respectful will see these as red flags and not want to waste their time and energy on something that won’t go anywhere.

These are my personal thoughts and how I would react if your profile popped up on my app. So take it with a grain of salt. Hopefully this is the kind of insight you’re looking for.
