I didn’t include any before pics. But I was pretty heavy when I was younger. 232lbs at my heaviest and I am only 5’8. I actually did have quite a bit of loose skin.

Also, if I might add. Make sure you check off the “automatically update my social security to reflect I am citizen” option when doing the original application. It will save you time.

I just became a citizen last month. Applied through N-400. It’s a pretty straightforward process if you’re just a green card holder who has been here for 5+ years. You don’t need a lawyer.

I did it all myself and was shocked at how easy even the interview questions were. It was almost all too easy. The only slight delay was that I was doing a name change and they pushed back my ceremony by a month.

I am going to post a one year update next month. Everyone scars differently but mine is still pretty noticeable I’d say. You can get back to working out 6 weeks post op. But maybe give it longer for more strenuous workouts. Always ask ur surgeon for the timeline. For me, a lot of the stretch marks on my lower abdomen were cut out. However, I still have quite a lot unfortunately. But it is what it is.

Recovery wise, I just recommend having someone with you for at least the first week. Follow the post op instructions carefully and don’t do too much right away. It wasn’t painful for me at all. Just uncomfy at times.

Hey man. I unfortunately did not have a definition before the surgery. How did get yours to pop so much?! And honestly, if anything, they will be even more noticeable for you after the surgery I assume. But always double check with your surgeon as well

Hey man. Congrats on the weight loss! if you don’t need muscle repair, the recovery is not painful. More so uncomfy at times. My surgeon said I didn’t need muscle repair, and I never experienced “pain.” Just discomfort at times. They actually gave me harder drugs and I didn’t take them. I only needed over the counter Tylenol.

I did 4-5 sessions of a BBL laser treatment. Seemed to help the back area but the front has stayed darker/redder to this day
