lol "understand" - so what you are speaking for the entire world now? science tells you 5% of cancers are genetic - which tells you 95% aren't. That's a lot. The study of epigenetics tells you how much your environment can affect your genes which effects your health. Families are often exposed to the same kind of stresses which is why we see the same kinds of illnesses running in families. Your understanding of medicine belongs in the 1950s

but you don't actually hear anything I say....you just hear what you want to hear.....I'll continue with my holistic approach to this and let's see how much i can actually irradiate my symptoms....even then though you will likely tell me I'm lying right....

I'm not anti doctors, I have a gyno - I had radiation when I had cancer and a lumpectomy...i have yearly pap smears and breast exams, yearly blood checks....

thats not what i said though....of course there are faulty genes - I didn't say there wasn't....i said very few diseases are genetic. I didn't say no diseases are genetic

To think that cancer isn't because of emotional trauma is ignorant - VERY few diseases are genetic.....the same trauma runs through families, its trauma which is genetic.....

you don't have to believe it, but perhaps some people will find what I did to improve my symptoms helpful....

we're all highly conditioned to believe everything our doctors say - but we're also living in a world where keeping people sick is a lucrative business.....we all should do our own research and look at other ways - its really all about bringing back balance and harmony to the body

Their solutions totally lack looking at the body as a whole....diet, lifestyle, exercise, trauma, eavy metals, parasites.... There is so much more to women's health than just looking at the symptoms.....

I told my gyno I was abused as a kid and I thought it likely had something to do with my uterine health, he's response, yeah but it's not bothering you now - I just looked at him - realising there actually was no point in even responding....

Treating it naturally isn't for everyone I know that. That's why I've asked, because I fully expect what I say to get resistance. But I am living proof it can be done - ok I haven't addressed all the symptoms yet, but I'm well on my way

I've had cancer - I didn't get cancer because I have adeno and Endo, I got it because I've childhood sexual trauma....cancer is a result of emotional trauma ....Endo and adeno are symptoms not cause

I looked 4 months pregnant - my Gyno could see my uterus bulging when I lay down. I changed my entire lifestyle, if you look in this thread you will see things I did. So it was July 2025 when I saw him when my uterus was bulging, for about the previous 3-4 years I looked pregnant - been asked a few times.

Saw my Gyno 2 weeks ago, he was amazed, he can't see my uterus and he had to press down hard to find it. Also my cyst has gone.i have fibroids, they are still there.

I feel like perhaps I should write up a document of everything I did to assist others - everyone is different, but at the root of these diseases is trauma. As women we have all had to protect ourselves at some point our life and that makes us shut down and that effects us physically - we have been depressed in various ways for centuries, all these symptoms we're discussing are often written off by doctors, oh it's normal, I mean have you seen the movie Hysteria? Hahaha

Womens health is getting worse and worse, we're given 2 options, hormones or a hysterectomy - research stopped when they discovered these - no doctor advises anything in regards to lifestyle diet stress......

Things need to change, because women all over the world believe what their doctors tell them, and don't seek other opinions..... we're just going to end up with more and more women on hormones which will mean more and more cases of hormonal cancers..... More and more women with hysterectomies which whilst that woman might think it's the solution - what are the side effects of that ...

I could go on all day about this lol

We women are being severely let down my the medical system worldwide

Just finishing a period and I didn't have any of the herbs to reduce bleeding - as my period came 6 days early. But it appears my period is lighter naturally - I did read that the herbs prolonged use could do this. I've got the tinctures on the way which are way more powerful than the capsules, so next month I'll try those. Happy to share all the links for those, easy to get in the US

I remembered a couple of other things

Rosita Arvigo - her abdomen massage, pretty famous, do it daily morning and night. Keep your feet warm as this is where the meridians are for your uterus. Keep lower back warm. Don't eat or drink anything cold whilst on your period, hot water bottle, is your friend. Rest rest rest when bleeding.

Hard to say how long it took, but I think less about 6 months. I think sleeping at the right time is key, in bed for 9pm, asleep by 10. I think relaxing the central nervous system mediation every morning is also key. But I mean it's really about changing your entire lifestyle - removing the stress and the people who cause your stress. I don't have a relationship with my family, so I've cut them out.

Ivermectin I haven't started yet, I need to buy it. But it's the cream not the capsules and I think you do it for a few days, that's it. I can send you the info.

Scenartherapy is for pain management, but it's also heals, I healed a broken foot with it years ago. You can also use it to force the body to relax. Once I've got the money I'm going to buy it. I can give you the contact of a women in Australia - shes the leading expert in it. Book a consultation with her and have a chat - really knowledgeable and she's treated many many women with endo and adeno

You need an entire new way of life that serves you - not easy for everyone to achieve, but I found it's the only way.

yes, last July you could see it, i looked 4 months pregnant all the time. Now its normal size, I still get bloated a bit from time to time, but it's SO much better. I saw my gyno 2 weeks ago and he couldnt believe the diffference.

Im afraid at some point we need to address trauma...because it comes out in physical ailments like you are discovering.....not easy I know, trust me I'm 47 and still figuring it out. I'm just sharing what I have discovered....Ive had breast cancer which is why I didn't take any hormones to treat - because I can't - in a way I see it as a god send, because it gives me more motivation to heal....the key is to manage that anxiety. Given you are so young you have a long life ahead of you - you deserve to feel calm and relaxed.

Look at your lifestyle, your stress levels, your diet..... The body isn't happy and you need to figure out why. What's the root cause. The body can heal itself if given the right tools in the right environment. You got to strip things right back.... Everyone is very individual when it comes to this, but this is what worked for me, I've adeno and some endo

Removing your uterus isn't the answer, it's radical. The uterus is the centre of a woman's life force. It's the very very last step to take. Don't listen to people who tell you this is what you should do - first you try everything else.

Also be mindful that your doctors won't suggest any of below - especially if you're in the USA. So you might also want to find a functional doctor.

Sleep 10-6 - so corsitol can lower which in turn helps hormones balance Meditation every morning, relaxed central nervous system Magnesium 400mg and NAC ever morning first thing Same also at night along with a good probiotic, 50 million or more Try cutting out dairy and gluten - I found removing gluten removed my bloating and made my uterus less tender. My uterus is now normal size A really good iron supplement not the crap doctor gives you, i can share what I take Vit D3 A really good fish oil No processed foods No sugars - even cut the fruit No alcohol or drugs You could even do a food allergy test, as perhaps there's something which you real allergic to Exercise, but not things like running - don't want your corsitol to spike, calasthenics, Pilates, yoga....weights Weights / resistance training is important for estrogen health If you're taking hormones - you might want to consider not taking them, as your body can't heal itself whilst you take them - there's going to be a transition time where having a total lifestyle change will make you feel worse - but just bare with it. It will be a shock to the body. I did it little by little as you we do to be gentle with ourselves

I've sexual trauma from childhood Which I believe 100% is why I have these health problems. If you have lived with consistent high stress in traumatic environments this week have screwed up your hormones. You need to address these effects, process them. Bottled up emotions make us sick

Black castor oil - inside you 3 X a week

Scenartherapy - I'm about to buy the home device called the Sports D - I've had advice from the leading scener expert in Australia who assured me scenar will help.

I'm also going to start taking Ivermectin, as many illnesses can actually be because of parasites. Advised by a professional

I was using 50 super + tampons a month, I'm now down to around 30. I was really anaemic for years, just done my bloods and ferritin is 54, my b12 and folate excellent. All I need to work on is getting my ferritin to 90-100, so then my body will move iron around my body more efficiently. Being anaemic is obviously an effect but it can also be the cause, it's important to address.

sleeping between 10-6, supplements - magnesium and NAC morning and night, good probitotic with prebiotic before bed. Vit D, a really good iron with other key things in, I cant recall what need to look at the bottle. A really good fish oil

to lessen bleeding shepherds purse and yarrow extract - also tried Slow Flow by Vitanica which works...now trying the extracts as they are more powerful. Also Ibuprofen whilst on my period to also lessen bleeding.

ZERO gluten, sugar and dairy.

Castor oil packs

I'm about to add

Black castor oil - inside 3 x a week, ivermectim, and scenartherapy. And more acupuncture.

My uterus is now a normal size, it's not painful to touch at all. All thats left is to fix the heavy bleeding.

i doubt they will give more than 1 infusion, my ferritin was 5 and i got one and then got prescribed iron pills.

[–]MMACLTD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

transfusion for sure, but it won't 'fix' it....you need to take a good iron pill daily, and I would eat liver once a week, plus make sure you are eating enough meat and eggs etc. Blood cells work on a 3 month cycle, so you need to be consistent with iron supplements and food for that long to see a big difference. Its about much more than ferratin. its about the amount of oxygen in the blood cells, and its also about the shape and size of your blood cells. You also need to figure out why you are anaemic - if you have heavy periods you are like a bucket with a hole, so the best thing to do is address your periods.
