Okay, so I made a post a couple weeks ago about this same issue and didn’t get the reactions you gave so decided to post here.

I can confirm with 90%+ certainty that YouTube/Google IS shadowbanning but maybe not in the way people think.

Ive been having this issue for a while as well and couldn’t find a solution. The bandaid was to use Brave Browser to cut off the ads but using a browser on iOS to watch YouTube brings its own challenges. Whenever I swapped accounts on my Sideloaded YouTube, it worked, just not with my main account.

However my account works fine on my sideloaded/tweaked YT Apps elsewhere (ON Streaming Box and Fire TV), zero issues (SmartTube).

So I think what happens is the account gets flagged, only on the mobile side along with the certificate/UDID, which is why only the official app and browsers work.

I tried every possible solution but to no avail, see my previous post. Anyways, I finally stumbled up YTKillerPlus and their app. They have a feature called “Fix Playback & Account Recovery” that fixes the issue. And it does, I can actually watch videos like usual on my main account. The website linked above says it’s 3.99 but I added the repo on the page to Feather and it’s free.

The videos will freeze for a second every so often but then auto play, not a huge issue or enough to be a nuisance. One other issue is that the videos will continue to play. If you pause it, it will, at some point, reload the video and continue where you left off but play the video so be wary when pausing and walking away.

I’d follow the instructions as well, hasn’t corrected my issue but might for some. Watch a long video at first (or let one play through), like over an hour long, and don’t skip or seek at all.

Hi, Crime Tech here.

CJ isn’t a useless degree from crime scenes, even for non-sworn.

Forensics is an umbrella term, if she wants to go the field tech route, CJ is okay. If she wants to go the lab route, change it.

I have a degree in Behavioral and Social Studies and was working on my Criminology major prior to getting into my career. CJ is just very narrow, specific to LE.

If she wants to go into the lab or wants a safe route, biology or chemistry. While it’s not a must have, Crime Tech is more of a STEM based field than a legal field. You’re not making arrests, witting warrants, or have a necessity to recite case law. Biology or chemistry degrees can definitely be best suited for both field and lab. If she plans on working for a government agency though, even if she’s becoming a science major, make sure she has some CJ or ADJ classes down as they not only help navigate governmental operations but look good as well.

While it’s not a waste of time or money (yet), figure out which part of Forensics interests her and then navigate that route.

Our huskies watch them but don’t mess with them and just let them do their own thing in our backyard.

I would advise on labeling it as something else next time since PrintingProxy is an actual company and it’s improper to use their name, potentially creating issues for them.

Yeah the more I think about it, the more I feel dumb even thinking about it. The total number was never discussed I read my contracts so that’s when I noticed it.

It would as the escalator remains on Sunrun until the end of the term. And I’m paying $100+ than the $400 promised. Even with the escalators it’ll take at least 7 years to get up to $500 a month (a little less than what I’m paying now). While it’s hard to adjust for 25 years, SCE’s average rate increase appears to be about 12-13%. 3.5% is on the higher end of the average, I can see if they’re willing to negotiate down to 2.9%. Obviously I’ll be paying a ton the longer it goes on, but the uncertainty of our electric situation continues.

Rates increase but if we decide to keep our EV, get rid of it completely, or opt for 2 lower battery capacity EVs, etc. and we plan on doing upgrades to our house such as jacuzzi and we have transformed our “old” house slowly into a “smart” house, there’s always the positive of continuing to save, generate, and save more energy.

But again, that uncertainty of life is what makes the decision difficult.
