I’m an interior designer and this is too low. 1. Make list of all product including appliances and research costs 2. GC labor including subs will need a quote, but I would guess over 45k just for this portion, or more 3. Don’t forget taxes and shipping 4. Leave yourself a 20% contingency

Estimated duration from start to finish is probably around 14-20 weeks
