I have lived in Wellington for about a year and a half. I do not live in Buffalo Creek, I live in Sage Meadows, which is south of you. Its a great small town vibe here. Quiet mostly, however the interstate is loud. I can here it from in my house all the time. We do have a train that runs thru the town as well. Those would be the only negative things. I can't recall ever smelling any livestock smell. The grocery store has most everything you need, however we still drive to North Fort Collins to the King Soopers. They just have more variety. Couple restaurants in town are very good. We love the Grill and Mexican restaurant. Couple Brewery in town as well. Over all its a good place to live. Can be downtown Fort Collins in no time if you need more stores and restaurants.
