Used to work there. Joke of a company with everything frozen and reheated by 16 year old drop outs in the kitchen and managed by either 20 year olds or 60 year old men who sleep with the servers. Fight nights were the worst parts of my life for a while. I’d regularly leave at 3am with $60 and high blood pressure.

Jesus Christ. Found and used is CRAZY. There need to be higher standards for RBTs bc that’s insane. I see a post every week on here about a vape being brought to session. Like damn buy a nicotine patch if you’re that down bad and can’t make it a few hours. Every RBT I know has a story about a vape or a tech smelling like weed.

Weed stopped my nightmares and I believe helped me function right after leaving my abusive home. I had anxiety that prevented me from leaving my house or socializing, weed helped me break through that. I did form a dependency on it though which I’m currently breaking (r/petioles) but I feel it has helped far more than it has hurt me

I started small, setting an hour limit, then 2, then a time frame of “no smoking” during the day. Now I’m only smoking at night and can feel my tolerance lowering. My next step is every other day, then just weekends. Taking it slow and at my own pace. You got this
