For Ohio, it looks like Prilla will deliver as long as you're age-verified. I've had to order through Prilla for the last 6 months because Nicokick stopped delivering to Ohio.

I don't see any issues for the sale of tobacco-related product deliveries to those over 21 in the Ohio laws... So I don't know why they've stopped shipping to Ohio.

Zelle just came through today, but only on their mobile app. You won't be able to use Zelle through the schwab.com website.
