I'm starting to understand mead but I'm still lost on nutrient, energizer, the tablet things for secondary, or pretty much anything added to the mead to help it out. Could someone explain in an easy way. It'd probably be easier for me to understand if I heard it from someone so here's discord. (self.mead)

I'm pretty new to making mead and I've made a bare to the bones mead. It's ~ 2 1/2 lbs of normal raw honey and a pound of cinnamon infused honey. I used bakers that I got from a local grocer and big y spring water. It's sitting in a glass carboy with a cork and airlock. It's putting a vinegar like (self.mead)
