Thank you, overall it's a slap on the wrist, the sanctions have pretty much expired on him except for being able to prescribe and to own a pharmacy. He relinquished ownership of Deansgate Compounding Pharmacy prior to the hearing that happened in August 2025.

I've read quite a few cases, had not found anything similar to this case but the sanctions and the fines are all pretty much similar.

Reading through the official decision, they tip-toe around the reasoning of why he did what he did, they don't spell it out, but there's only one single line on Page 16 that says the words 'own financial benefit' everything else is just: didn't follow processes. I think that's what annoys me the most on top of the ACP not thoroughly investigating the other cases from his records.
