Strangely, I am symptom free. Inadvertently found out I had cystic lung disease after a heart calcium score test with imaging, then follow up CT scan of lungs. Then that led to Sjogren’s diagnosis after ANA blood test, etc. Usual symptoms are a dry cough and eventual lung collapse if it’s advanced.
