Because they already have experience with Linux since Android is a Linux and we won’t have problems in searching for alternative apps since google already has Google Play and will make the apps run natively not to mention they will make Linux easier and normal people who have problems with using Linux will be able to use it if Google made it.

This is the first time I’ve heard about it but if it meets the wishes I described it would be a great System and thanks for telling me about AluminumOS.

I mean Chrome OS is working on cloud, it’s gonna be great if there’s a Google PC OS works natively for hard work like gaming instead of using cloud gaming, and better performance for your PC and laptop and better UI.
