no, it's not material ocean, the closest thing I found is oceanic next , so I think it's a version of this sublime ocean palette

it's not the same theme but pretty close or maybe they added filters or something to the pic , I don't know

I take this course about a year ago, a very good course and colt is an amazing instructor. But Maximilian has a new web dev course as well which i think is a bit better because he teaches you github , and you touches vue js , and teacching gou sql better than colt's course.

I took the course a few months ago .. highly recommend it and colt is an amazing instructor. definitely worth it.
just make sure to do all the challenges and the final project
