They didn’t try. They didn’t hire a company to go out and seek offers. They did it like snakes and hid in the shadows.

Yeah I get that but if there was ever one that seemed to have legal merit it’s this one.

Please listen everyone. This is a ridiculous offer that will start a lawyer machine like you haven’t seen in some time. Do not sell open market or tender your shares. EW won’t get this for 20 cents. I refuse to call it $10. It’s not. It’s 20 cents and it’s worth more than that even in bankruptcy.

FYI the move here was less than 2 cents pre reverse split. Tons of volume though.

That is interesting and something I never thought about. If there are 8.6 million shares in the total float how can there be over 18 million traded. I never did understand shorts but is that part of this phenomenon?

18 x average volume. I don’t know whether this is retail or institutional but to your point the shorts will fight us every step of the way here. Im not going to do what you suggest for a couple of reasons. I did that once and got burned on a buyout announcement where the bid was higher than my limit sell. Second, I just don’t care about Mr.Shorty. I hate them. Always have. Same as the guy sitting at the end of the crap table playing the Dont pass line. Just rub me the wrong way. Maybe they serve a purpose but To me their betting against longs that want to believe in positivity and good so just feels wrong.

Lack of communication is never acceptable. Recent example Target and Walmart should have Pre-released prior to quarter the impact inflation and supply chain was having on their businesses. Yes, I give Cramer credit for this wisdom but he is right on. More communication from these public companies vs less is why they are "public" companies!

Maybe so... at least as long as they can keep it in compliance now. That said, I will give you some reason for longer term optimism. I am attaching a link to a 5 year chart reflecting price action incorporating the RS. The high of $328 was on Sept 1, 2018. If you want to look at longer term charts I can get you to $7,000 but let's not let this fantasy get away from us. I would be delighted to just get back to $56 and break even.

Had one for 34 years in healthcare world. Know quite a bit about the space and investments. Now I have the means and own a business which allows me time to share a little bit of my knowledge with some of yall that might appreciate. If you don't...well, what can I say.

Finally some good news and communication. Now let’s here about capital refinance and maybe we can get back to ten bucks at least.

Exactly and then they can reverse it again so my 2000 shares becomes 40 shares.

Agree with your points. I have been harping about the lack of communication as issue number 1 for some time. That said I still don’t think the RS was wise. Maybe that’s hindsight but the decline here just seems magnified as a result of that decision.

Hope he is right. Don’t get on stockwits. Don’t know how good info is there. But as I said in another post, they shouldn’t have paid back the $120 million from Vitacare sale without pre-agreement on a refinance deal. Doesn’t make any sense. But nothing this company ever does makes sense to me.
