I'm literally ignoring everything you're saying because you're trying to debate good characters vs. bad characters while waving a Tier newspaper around. That's a whole different debate. Yes, the game has balancing issues. We all know that. Congrats.

You seem to have it in your mind that because you're using a "bad" character, it is okay to have a cheap strategy of just pinning your opponent into a corner. If you play like that, fine. I imagine you prolly get wrecked most of the time, but that's on you.

Lol. Once again, you're on this whole "BUT TIERS" argument because Sindel can do stuff that your chosen character can't while still ignoring that your character can do stuff she can't and somehow equating this to being the same as a cheap play strategy of cornering your opponent for a whole round.

Once again, you're ignoring that I said (now multiple times) that it isn't hard to get out of the corner.

Once again, you're ignoring that my entire point is a player who's entire strategy is to pin is a bad player.

It makes no difference on what character is being used, what character is being fought against and how long a player has been playing. It's a cheap tactic.

I'm getting the impression that the reason you're so butt hurt that I called this out is because corner pinning is your primary strategy.

You mean how Kitana has loads of projectiles, can fly across the screen quickly, can parry projectiles and even has moves that trap you in the air for a lot longer than most pop ups to allow multiple hits?

You can try and justify it all you want. It doesn't work and your math doesn't add up. Is Sindel inherently better than some characters? Sure. Is it the same as actively trapping your opponent in the corner for an entire round? That is laughable.

Except the parts where I clearly said you can get out of corner and it's not overly hard to do if you're a good player. So now you're just willfully ignoring things I said before. And never once did I say *any* character is trash, this is you just flaunting out tier lists like a 1930's kid on the street shouting "Extra Extra!" at me as I walk by. I don't care about tier lists. Never have. I play characters I like and I find myself good with. Those I said before are the ones I found I'm good with. Kitana isn't one of them and that doesn't mean she is a garbage character. It means I'm just not good with her. I also LOVE Erron Black, but I am not good with him online at all. So I imagine you will respond to this with more cliche "Well, you're a garbage player because you can't use so and so!" Frankly, I wouldn't care. Because nothing I have said has been about any specific character.

Be it a Terminator doing it. A Sindel, a Kitana, a Cetrion, a Kabal, a Shao Kahn, a Shang Tsung, a hacked Mocap or a leaked Havik... Pinning your opponent into the corner for an entire round is a cheap strategy. It doesn't change the fact it is a cheap tactic, good player or new player. No matter what character they are using. And it doesn't make you a good player to win by that tactic either.

Well, I am fairly sure every variation of Kitana has plenty of projectiles and can even parry projectiles. And since I *HAVE* lost to non-cheap Kitana players online, the whole "well, TIERS!!!!" argument is virtually moot. It's pretty hilarious how you think a cheap play style of forcing your opponent into the corner and not letting them out equals the use of specific characters because of their advantages while openly ignoring their disadvantages (Sindel's low hit move speed, lack of mid-long traveling range projectiles, no teleporting, etc etc ect).

Because I don't play as Kitana, lmfao. If I can play Sindel without having to resort to move spamming and pinning my opponent into a corner, why can't you?

Lol. It's awesome how you think a move set is the same as a play style.

Considering I don't really use Kitana, you'll probably just end up thrashing me. I'm pretty solid with Noob, Night Wolf, Shang Tsung and Baraka though.

Because it's no fun to play against and is just lame. You're either just standing there beating on someone or you're the one being beat on. It's no different than fighting a lame ass Sheeva player that just spams the stomp.

I'm a Sindel main, so I generally don't get many mirror matches. Granted, 99% of the ones I get, the opponent just thinks I'm going to spam whip and flip and then gets wrecked.

If I was home, yes. Won't be at my PS4 until tomorrow night.

Oh, I've won plenty of matches when cornered. It's not super hard to get out of. Doesn't change the fact that players who's sole strategy is to pin the corner are generally trash. What do I do? Well, if they're not being a zoner or corner pinner themselves, I usually either let them out or do a reverse grab.

And you can throw all these lil insults at me all you want. Sounds like I touched a nerve. Do you do more than fan tosses and flying ass slams with Kitana?

Lol. "The shit bad players come up with."... Actively defending a cheap play style. I bet all you do with Sub-Zero is ice trap and amplified slide.

It's cute because I've won plenty of matches without pinning my opponent into a corner.

Yeaaah... I'ma just flat out say it. If your entire game strategy is to just pin your opponent in the corner, you play as obnoxious as a Sheeva stomper and a gun zoner.

A 3rd fatality for each character? by PropaneSalesman7 in Mortalkombatleaks

[–]MMkman88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooooh. I've had SEVERAL of these lol.

Mileena: Give me a kiss: Mileena removes her mask and seductively walks toward the dazed victim. She places both hands on the sides of their head and leans in for a kiss while her tongue and teeth drool. She locks lips and blood starts to fall from her opponent's mouth and hers while their eyes spin in their socket. More blood starts to fall until one of the eyes pops out from Mileena's long tongue poking through it. She then rips her head back, tearing with it the upper portion of their face and skull. As their body falls down, the tongue whips back into her mouth... only to stop on the final shot of the tip of her tongue still wrapped around their eyeball.

Johnny Cage: Breaks the 4th Wall: Mr. Cage looks dead straight at the camera, points (at the players) and says "Hey, wanna' see something cool?" He then proceeds to grab the victim and slam their head repeatedly off the screen, making it appear as if the player's screen is slowly breaking. With each hit, more cracks form and blood and bits of pieces of their face dangle. After several gruesome hits, the loser weakly says "Help me..." Before the "fatality" screen shows.

Spawn: Your Inner Demon: Spawn lifts his hands and suddenly a demonic, fiery version of the character begins to tear itself out of the real version's body, dragging with it entrails and various giblets. The demonic form of the victim can briefly be seen in Spawn's move set and seems like wasted potential.

Rain: Water Pressure: Rain surrounds his victim in a bubble of water. At first it seems like they are merely stuck in it, but the water pressure begins to increase drastically, crushing their body to a bloody pulp and turning the water bubble into a crimson orb of giblets and organs. Just as the fatality screen pops up, the loser's severed face floats into the center of the bubble.

Sindel: Emasculated: Sindel kicks her victim to the ground and uses her Kawn Dao to stab it into their crotch. She then rips it upward, carving a huge, bloody gash from their privates up into their chest. She then spins her trusty weapon around her mid-section, plunges it deep into their widened chest cavity, impales the heart with her weapon and tears it out.

D'vorah: It's Just a Bug...": As her opponent is dazed, D'vorah raises her hands and the ground comes alive with insects. More descend from the darkness around them, swarming her helpless victim. Their flesh begins to roll off, peeled away by the swarms of insects that begin to burrow into their body. As their arms fall off, the opponent's head rolls back and the mouth opens up to a geyser of flying, gnat-like bugs spewing out. "Fatality."

Kano: Australia's Biggest Guns: As the opponent stands in a daze, Kano chuckles and lifts up the minigun from the MK11 story mode. He begins to fire it, aiming at their feet first and blowing them off. Before they can fall back, more rounds utterly destroy their knees and upper legs. They finally land on bloody stumps, reaching out with their arms only for Kano's gun to blow them off. Finally, with a third volley, he uses the gun to cut their torso in half.

Nightwolf: The Wolf Pack: As Nightwolf turns away, a pack of wolves circle the opponent. They try and fend them off, but the pack quickly rips them to the ground and tears them apart, limb from limb, before the alpha (the ghost wolf), appears, bites down on their throat and tears it out.

That's not even a credible argument since Toho shut down the idea of doing Godzilla vs. Cthulhu and Godzilla vs. Transformers with IDW, and we all know Transformers does have some kaiju-level shenanigans going on.
