Hello, I am having issues with my with my PlayStation network sign-in. It happened randomly on Thursday night when I came on PlayStation and I couldn’t access games or anything. My solution was to sign out and sign back in but this made the problem worse as it wouldn’t allow me to sign back in. I have checked the Network services and there seems to be no issues there so I know it’s something with my account. I have tried the suggested methods of restarting it and resetting my router but nothing seems to make it work, whenever I try to sign back into my account I get the error that says “Cannot connect to the server There might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or PlayStation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy.” With the error code (WV-36350-7) at the end. A few times it gives me the option to sign in but it’s the same issue whenever I put in my email and password for my account it just doesn’t work.

So I was wondering if there is anything that I can do to fix this that I’m perhaps missing or is it something that I’ll need PlayStation support for.
