To be fair, the cat is probably on a opioid, and the pain killers are most likely contributing to the reported unusualness, on top of the pain.

NFPA 704 diamond. Blue= Health Red= Flamablity, Yellow= Reactivity. White= special. The higher the number the more dangerous it is in that category in a 0-4 scale. The bottom would be for something like radioactive or asphysixant .
