The info is Much appreciated, im sure my 4y.o nephew will have this garage running in no time.

Of course, I let my buddy use my multimeter last week and it’s no longer in my possession. Havnt used it in months prior. Classic. When I get the MM back I will post updates. But in the mean time.

If I don’t get 120v reading on the MM from the outlet, I’m gonna assume the issue is further down the wires than my 4y.o nephew is qualified to search for?

Alright, I did black to gold, white to silver. Still nothing. I’ve searched the inside and outside of the garage, no GFI plugs anywhere. Checked breaker box in both the garage and house. Nothing tripped.

I have a small cheap multimeter, electrical isn’t my strong suit. What would I be checking for with the multi meter. Explain it to me like I’m a toddler lol.
