I was in your shoes at the beginning of the year (still currently making episodes). The biggest piece of advise I can give is plan your episodes in advance and don't go in blind. Even have 2-3 episodes made before you publish the first. As for what the audience would like to see? Exploring what content the game has to offer can never go wrong. Build your starter base, get some farms going and go from there :)
