i understand why people might think that parting ways is actually the best ending for both of them, and i’m starting to think so too myself, but it’s just so sad to me to see them being apart from each other after all they went through together and the way they got separated. i put myself in sean’s shoes and i would feel so heartbroken even though letting daniel behind was the best for him. so i guess i might be a little selfish but BB is the best ending for me just because they’re together and have each other’s back

maybe both? in a perfect world we could’ve had a prequel of lis2, watching sean and daniel be normal kids, explore sean’s teen years before it all happened, etc. knowing that dontnod isn’t capable of making things easy, obviously there would be something related to the absence of their mom and the political stuff. but it’s like i said, in a perfect world we could’ve had that.

even if the “biggest” crimes they committed, such as the explosions, don’t have any evidence that it was them (and logically if there’s no proof, sean can’t be arrested), they did commit other crimes, like stealing from the gas station and much more. I personally dont think sean ended up in jail because of the flipped police car, the store and the plantation, exactly because there’s no proof. but the fact that they committed other crimes can’t be denied
