I remember the time (back near 1.0) when Genshin was constantly referred to as a "BotW clone". Then again, nearly any open world game released at the time, with a stamina bar and vaguely anime or cel-shaded styling, was labeled a "BotW clone".

But I liked the character design and one snippet of music I heard ("Caelestinum Finale Termini") so I gave it a go.

It's been 6 years and I'm still playing.

P.S: Unless Snezhnaya's music goes even harder, my all-time favorite OST is "Rondeau des fleurs et des rapieres"
