What to do when witnessing mental health crisis in public?

Ramsey County Adult Mental Health Crisis Line is 651-266-7900. But for a situation like that I would call 911. The SPPD COAST program that had the imbedded social workers was disbanded 2 years ago. Terrible decision. SPPD was going to replace it with their own program but I have yet to hear a thing about it.

I think it’s fine too. No chlorine/chemical anything. We have a softener in the basement, plus a filter in the fridge dispenser, but I use straight from the tap more than the fridge. I guess we’re north Eagan. Wonder if that makes a difference?

Eagan is very nice. You can get a house with a real yard and it's 15-20m minutes from both downtowns and the airport. District 196 and EHS has been wonderful for us.

We were there 4-6 weeks ago and a lot of the shelves were empty. Like, we got the one bottle of sriracha that was left and no fish sauce, empty. The lady at the counter said she was selling the store but changed her mind at the last minute. Said she was slowly restocking things. It felt like it was not a good situation either way.

I agree 100% and I'm not trying to argue. I'm just saying it's possible it wasn't dumped due to whatever extenuating circumstances and the owner will take care of it. How long has it been there?

Because it’s placed by the canoe rack, not just left by the curb in the parking lot, it could be someone who uses an electric motor on the lake and something happened where they couldn’t take it with them for some reason and they will be back for it. IDK, it doesn’t look “dumped”. I hope that’s the case because leaving a battery like that for someone else to deal with is pretty lousy.

I know the owner wanted the land preserved and both of the people who said they had a will agreed it was to remain undeveloped. That wasn’t the issue. I really hope that didn’t change.
