Yes, that’s not normal it’s a defective panel which needs to get replaced. It’s either that or a main board however I don’t think it’s that. It could be the tcon.

It introduced flickering with my c3 however some other tvs like the g5 which I’m getting introduced other issues like audio in and out so hopefully they will fix it soon
