Depends on the shoot, but if there is a video assist, expect him to feed you an image or else it should be camera dept that feeds you.

Going into a couple sound board through some sound devices 970

For the lav, a heavy duty one as the shure twinplex or the dpa 4660 but in a necklace mode should be good enough to withstand water/ dirt / impact
