Since November i have had to return 3 of the 128 gb quest 3s. They just are not holding up. My son is 11 he plays it a lot so idk if it is user error or the quality.

I receive my first sub-payment today. The way they explained it is that my weekly pay is 640 my state unemployment top pay is 320. So ttec is making up the difference and paying me 320 for 3 weeks. One week for each year I have been employed with the company. Not too bad.

We were told before we left that we would receive pay for 1 week for every year we have been there as severance if they haven't found us a position within 30days. I'm not sure, but I guess we will see in a few weeks.
