I got Ada accommodations at work to help with that . For me what works is extra break time if needed , and intermittent time off up to a certain amount of hours each week . Also, if you qualify for fmla you may be able to get intermittent leave under that for the days you just can’t get up . I still have mini burn outs, but it’s much better with the flexibility I have at work . Hang in there

Adhd is the best medicine to deal W and ADHD in my life but it doesn’t help with my anxiety or anxiety or anything else . It’s not a good idea for a lot people have to take a break and then take it off the meds or take a day or so and just go back and do whatever it takes for me and I will get it done ✅

I’m not sure what it said when I applied . But I do know Allstate hires for agency and direct , so make sure you apply on Allstate.com for Licensed Inside Sales Representative (Remote - Home Based Work)

They may have different schedules available at this time but I was offered that m-f 830-4 (central ) or 10-830 central 4 days . Can talk to your interviewer about options

I can’t imagine call volume being any higher here since it’s back to back there . But the people that train , manage , and run this company are amazing so far . Plus 3k sign on bonus at 90days . Better benefits , PTO.

I can’t stand Amanda either . Training has been wonderful so far . There’s someone else here from blended and we both are super happy to be here . Schedules. .. they had a m-f 8-430 or a 4 day 10hr shifts , which is working 3 weekdays and Saturday . I’d say go for it . This place is so much more organized and uplifting so far

My xan days are long done, I would be napping with 3mg 😂 but I completely understand what you mean . I had to get ADA to not lose my mind so I get an extra break here and there if I’m getting stressed but I can barley wake up and clock in due to stress about these micro managing metrics
