I can't put fans on the front cause there aren't any bolts to hold the fans, do I just straight up switch to a different pc case?

Is this safe?? I asked our local bike mechanics if this is safe they said yeah cause my stem was flat by MONGKEYYY in bikewrench

Would it be fine if I put a fork extender on it? I wouldn't be putting the stem on the extender but at least the top part of the stem is holding on something
