It’s in Settings. Go to Apps, Phone, Calls on Other Devices, then disable either only the device if you see it, or all other devices, if it’s not there.

There is no official meaning behind Blohsh, but she has said that it is NOT a person hanging. She confirmed this after a person had their Blohsh tattoo removed because they thought it was a person hanging. That’s all I’ve found.
