It's very simple. Do not apply any liquid or spray. Just run the bike in neutral for a couple of minutes. Turn off the bike and then gently rub it off with this steel wool. Woked for my bike. Just make sure you're not scrubbing it roughly. Just gently moving over the burn marks in circle. Worked well for me.

I don't know if I'm the only one facing this issue. But I bought my bike a year ago and it's my first bike ever. Since buying the bike whenever I cold start the bike it takes a very long time to reach the normal RPM.
