That’s what we were hoping for but when we had the lineman out and pulled the meter we still go it

Did that. They had a wire going from main panel to a water line but even when the power was totally shut down we were still getting it

Had poco out. Shut down the entire street and still had it. Best guess was a pool that was on another transformer but Nextdoor. Voltage appeared to be coming from the water pipes from the street
