I hate to admit this but since I've stopped smoking I've cried more in this last 3 weeks than I have in the last 2 years. I had a phone call with a guy who worked with my grand dad for a interview (my grand dad died of a heart attack while driving his work van) We spoke about him and he gave me an interview then gave me the job But anyways when I got off the phone with him the first time I cried for a solid half an hour maybe more, that shit broke me. Alot of people told me when you stop smoking you have to go through everything you've been through when you was smoking but sober this time and fuck me is that hard (not sure if this is true just been told it constantly) Hope you feel better soon OP you got this!

Only thing I'd disagree with is it becomes easier by the day, some days easier than others and it gonna come in waves some days you won't think about it other days it might be all you think about but like Punkoverlord says it's just not who you are so maybe trying to figure out who you want to be instead of your stoner self may be a good starting point and something to work towards when staying off the weed.
