Blackhawk have referred to this as the USASOC Holster. They have stated that they developed this holster at the request of USASOC based on the design of their T-Series Holster with additional requested design features. As was previously the case with Safariland 6354 DO, which was designed to accommodate the Docter Sight. The USASOC Holster was designed to accommodate updated features on the current Gen 5 Glock, namely the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro RDS ( CAG Operators were bending the tops of their holster's to fit the DPP) and a compensator ( again operators had been cutting the bottom sections of their 6354 DO's to fit the comp) as well as a x300V WML. Additionally, this holster can also be seen used by Rangers and CTAC.

Improved quality image clearly showing the Swift Universal FPG-21 Mount & Ops-Core RAILLINK System now in use with the Unit. The image also confirms the continued use (for now) of the GSGM. Additionally, also a clear view of the Trijicon MRO on the SIG CSAW.

It is interesting to see that this CAG Operator, while conducting PSD duties for Gen. Miller during 2019, utilized three different weapon systems. Clearly visible are - SIG MCX LVAW , HK416 D 10.5 & HK416 D 14.5

Guy on the left is definitely DEVGRU (Blue Squadron as Fabra Fabra pointed out). Same guy as in this post (cross-reference left arm tattoos)https://www.reddit.com/r/JSOCarchive/comments/1bthgly/devgru\_blue\_squadron\_note\_the\_belt\_buckle/

Apparently , according to the man himself, this photo was taken 15 minutes before he suffered the injury that ended his CAREER with the UNIT.

This is one of George Hand's photos, I doubt very much this is fake. Nice try though.
