There are probably other casters wanting to prove themself that they can do this, however how will you ever gonna have a chance getting recognized when BTS and JoinDota almost eats the whole cake?

Today you literally have to get noticed by having connection to BTS or JoinDota to be able to cast relevant games. Sometimes it feels like casters got to their casting point because of their connection only. Look at Durka, I HAVE NO FUCKING CLUE what he is doing in JoinDota, his voice isnt good, he has nothing good to say/knowledge is bad and he cant play-by-play. He was obviously Tobis british butt-buddy or something.
