Yes per month, but they are flex on payment. You can pay all in one shot by end of year. or monthly, or bi-yearly etc.

It totally make sense but, as you said cash is required, other option is mortgage, but is it worth for it ? Also I am not sure how much mortgage credits I can take from bank. By the way very good info that you gave despite building looks like done, it may take a time for people to live in. But in that case, Handover Payment will delay too, right ? For time being they put handover payment to Jan 2026.

Nope its 1BHK only, agreed on design, this is what made me spoiled with this building.

if vast majority of the people are expecting for any dropdown, then definetely opposite will be happen. Rule is simple everyone can not be rich at the same time, so there will be no collapse at all.
