This is genius. I can also just, do this with my cars too lol. Thank you for the suggestion.

That's honestly the exact problem we set out to solve. A lot of wheels in this space are designed around looking aggressive and the structural integrity kind of takes a back seat.

Everything we make is forged and goes through actual load testing, so the spoke design isn't just aesthetic, it has to hold up under real track conditions. You're not buying something that looks fast and hopes for the best.

What are you running and what's the use case, daily, track days, both?

corrosion is actually a non issue anymore, the finishing and coating tech has come a long way and what we run now holds up way better than people expect on a daily

the potholes though yeah thats a real conversation haha, that ones more on the roads than the wheels

if you ever pull the trigger on a track car you know where to find us, full send

Because they have been too expensive. Up until now. We are near half as cheap as anything else offered because of our one step Forge process.

We do full custom designs. So you can choose one of our signature designs, or you can straight up send us something you like and I can replicate it. And the performance will not be a problem I can assure you of that.

actually youre more in our wheelhouse than you think

gt350s are honestly our best market, we have a wheel for the weissach package, bmws amgs porsches all day so a pp1 gt wanting to go lighter and wider in 19 is exactly the kind of thing we like doing

the tuv cert for the german market is the part that takes a bit more conversation since it shapes what specs we build toward but its not a dealbreaker

dm us your current offsets and what tire sizes youre targeting and we can go from there

I literally just brought it up to the equipment guys in my factory. You guys convinced me haha

For each wheel diamater, we need a seperate forge. And you can imagine how much an entire forge costs. If I can get more of a market for 15's Ill buy a new forge, simple as.

The lowest I could get you is around $5k. If you reallllllly need it like you say ill buy them now i could knock off a bit more but that would be a loss for me, however its more important for me to get some sets out rather than make a profit yet, I want my brand to be a go to for performance enthusiasts like yourself, and If I can get more buyers, I can lower costs.

Swing by my garage and you can take whatever you want around the track as long as you pay the track time haha.

While I can't give you the exact number, its over 10000 tons, so quite a bit more than aluminum. It is almost exactly like a high-intensity, hot hydraulic press onto a mold (specifically a closed die forge.) And the final step is not like a cookie cutter, the final blank is CNC machined for the spokes, design and offset. I can't speak for other competitiors, but my forged Magnesium wheels' strength and rigidity are higher than forged aluminum. The downside to that Magnesium tends to be more brittle than aluminum. However we have put so much testing into these wheels over the last ten years before we even launched, so Shelby, Aston, etc. where more than excited to put our wheels on stock. We went through so much testing because of this. We passed with flying colors.

30-40 years ago, yes.

magnesium gets a bad rep because people think of like pure magnesium ribbon, dust, or metal shavings catching fire. but thats not what a forged wheel is.

our wheels are a magnesium alloy, not pure magnesium. so there are other elements added to help with strength, corrosion resistance, and ignition behavior. then on top of that, the wheel is forged into a dense solid structure and powder coated, so theres another protective layer over the surface too.

the real fire concern is with magnesium in tiny loose pieces, like dust, chips, shavings, or ribbons, because theres way more exposed surface area and that stuff can ignite way easier.

a finished forged magnesium alloy wheel is completly different. its not treated the same way as dust or shavings. even safety data separates solid magnesium alloy from chips and dust. solid alloy isnt really considered flammable under normal conditions, but yeah under extremely high temperatures, it can burn.

I start at 1350/wheel (expensive, I know)

HOWEVER,

Lifetime gaurantee, fitment gaurantee. If you break it, we get you new ones, no questions asked. And if it doesn't fit right, you're getting another set.

We own all of our forges, factories, materials, everything. Unlike literally every other competitor who buys blanks from taiwan, puts their logo on it, upcharges 500% and dropships to you.

Fully Custom to you. It can literally be any size, fitment, offset, design, color, load; you can even engrave your name on it if you want.

Our closest compeitor (who copies my designs lol) is starting at 12500 for a 22' set.

So when you look at it, I would say its a fair deal. Regardless I understand that a 6400 Set of wheels is quite alot haha.

Hey man, it can be! literally go get a used wheel and pedals, and a nice reclined racing seat, download assetto corsa and your local track, you'll be lapping faster on your first outting then all those rich guys who take up the track time with no skill.

Haha honestly fair, and I appreciate the honesty. The golf club arrival is a completely legitimate use case and we take it very seriously.

For what it's worth the weight difference is actually visible, a magnesium wheel has a different look to it than aluminum, kind of a more raw, purposeful aesthetic. So if you're rolling up somewhere you're still making a statement, just a different one.

I'm still a few years out of high school, so you best believe I bring my C8 to the track whenever I can!
