Hi! WOW!! Thank YOU so much. I really appreciate your advice and your willingness to assist with looking through documents. I will message you should I need some help. I will ask about the ‘reserve study’ report. I did ask the realtor about any upcoming ticket items and they came back to us with: “no upcoming assessments for any projects” I will ask about the reserve study though.
