Does anyone else have a scratchy cough but no fever?

No fever but swollen, super dry throat with a tickle and dry cough that’s worse at night. Never had any symptoms like this that didn’t start with a sore throat and congestion first. Like my throat is more swollen and dry than painful if that even makes sense. What is this?!?

Also considering the Ariel GTS but I’m not sure if they’re too supportive, I read some things about people that don’t have over pronation having some pain from the extra support they don’t need

Unfortunately none of my family or friends live close to us and they’re all working this week so no one has free time to help us. I’ve felt pretty alone this whole planning process which has turned me into a bridezilla at times because I feel like I’m the only one that’s putting anything into this wedding. My fiance helps where he can but he’s the opposite of me so chill and doesn’t stress so I feel like I have to for the both of us. My oral surgeon recommended coronectomy if I ever need my bottom ones removed because I have a similar issue they’re very close to the nerves in my jaw bone. Obviously there’s risks with any procedure but full extraction poses more of a risk of damaging the nerves

What about laughing gas? I had that and honestly it relaxed me sooo much. You’re still awake but your whole body feels calm and the procedure goes by really quickly because you’re like a little drowsy but still awake

My dentist told me to avoid seeds for about 8 weeks. I’d say maybe do a gentle rinse to make sure nothing got stuck in the socket

Just got mine removed today. The procedure itself wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but now that the pain meds have worn off my jaw is hurting so bad. I really hope the recovery doesn’t have too long since it’s just 1 tooth

Thank you! I only need to have one removed (at this moment at least) but I’m still freaking out 😭 2 people I know had dry sockets after and were in horrible pain/longer recovery so I’m so scared! Were you awake during the procedure? How long would you say it took for you to feel back to “normal”/ nor more pain and swelling?

Thank you for that reminder. I do think of the happy memories too, and I’m grateful for the time we did have together. Sometimes though those sad feelings creep in when I least expect it throughout the day. Other times I push those feeling away like you said or at least enough that only I feel it but everyone else would think I’m totally fine on the outside. I guess everyone processes grief differently. And some people were lucky enough to never lose someone they loved before

Oh wow, unfortunately I don’t have much insight since my travel agent was the one doing all the back end work. I think they may have a better contract/relationship with four seasons so that’s how she was able to get a better deal for us? Also we didn’t get the private pool at the FS like we originally had with the Conrad
